Essential Qualificatio:
1. Univeity degree or equivalent level, shipping/traportatiomarketing or relevant subject is preferred.
2. Good English communication skills with both fluent in written & spoken.
3. Good knowledge of Office Software, skillful in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
4. Minimum 4 yea’ experience in shipping field and 2 year sales/marketing experience.
5. Good interpeonal and communication skill.
6. Aggressive and self-initiative with good team work spirit.
7. Open minded and has good business acumen, work under pressure.
Job Functio:
1.To canvass of cargo support from existing Accounts as well as developing new potential Accounts for Outbound shipment.
2.To awer phone & rate enquiries.  To prepare & send out quotation as required.
3.To keep close contact with key clients and keep client updated of RCL’s products by euring announcement, schedule & promotion flyer reached them in right channel.
4.To prepare sales visit plan and preplan according to company itruction.
5.To close monitor the clients weekly lifting by port pai and prepare weekly, monthly report.
6.To keep close monitor market trend and competitor’s activities, then feedback to superior. Prepare data and marketinginformation of MMR.
7.To provide market information and competitor rate offer for liner coideration so as to achieve weekly target BSA/RPT and assigned KPI.
8.To follow up oveeas sales lead and enquiries.
9.Cooperate with CS Team to eure that the daily sales’ following up matter been accomplishment to meet client’s satisfaction and make telemarketing to increase customer base.
10.To attend internal meeting/training & conference meeting as required. Report appointed tradelane market information and booking prospect.
11.To co-ordinate with Account Dept to eure account receivable are being timely paid up.
