？Respoibilities:

oTraining and follow-up on APQP- Documents (Control Plan, FMEA, process flow…);

oManaging and follow-up on new product launch – APQP activities, respoible of both the product's quality and process quality to make sure all the parts and process meet customer quality requirement.

oLeading and support of all quality open issues of the plant, and take quick actio to close the open issues.

oManaging and monitoring supplier quality performance of production to eure through-out and delivered quantity & date appropriately.

？Requirements:

oThorough knowledge of the APQP Process and all documents;

o Good problem solving skills with thorough undetanding of 8D report, 5 Why, SPC etc.;

oQuite undetanding of TS16949 and VDA6.3 audit requirements;

o Willing to travel; Integrity, enthusiasm and team-spirit.

oSkills: English speaking, reading and writing capabilities; Good communication skill; MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)

oEducation: Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing

oExperience: Quality / Engineering with 3 yea experience at an Automotive Company, preferably a few yea at an international JV.
