Role Summary:
To Manage the cotruction and once completed, daily operatio of the training academy to exceed the KPI’s and expectatio of the Client.

Background & Knowledge:
?Has project management experience.
?Certificate or diploma in Management or relevant subject.
?5+ yea practical experience in a similar environment.
?Is a history of delivery agait KPI.
?Has experience in peonnel management
?Has experience in a training academy environment ( preferred)
?Graduate or graduate caliber (preferred)
Key Accountabilities:
?Manage the cotruction phase of the academy
?Manage the training facility to deliver high quality training
?Eure all KPI targets are achieved
?Manage expenditure to within budget
?Identify areas to make continuous improvements.
?Eure the academy housekeeping meets the 5S targets.
?Motivate staff to deliver high quality service
?Eure knowledge of all subject areas including competito (other training companies) is kept cotantly updated by way of self-development.
?Manage the LMS to eure all records are accurate and provide management with up to date reports
?Work as part of the Training team and give feedback and offer ideas and suggestio for improving team performance.
?Research motor industry on a regular basis to keep abreast of market developments and trends.
?Act as a mentor to your teams membe
?Cascade information down to training team membe.
