Skills：

TREASURY

1. Coordinate with RHQ Treasury department to meet operation cash flow requirement.

2. Maintain sound relatiohip with banks, financial ititutio and credito.

3. Establish and administe programs for the provision of capital required by the company including financial arrangement and their proper administration.

4. Control authorized bank signatories of the company.

5. Oveee the plant treasury and cashiering activities.

Accounting and managerial report

6. Eure all accounting and management reports timely and accurately

7. Eure budget and rolling forecast timely and accurately

8. Eure compliance with the company’s accounting policies and procedures and with generally accepted accounting standards and procedures.

9. Formulate accounting systems and procedures to align with the company’s policy.

10. Direct timely and accurate preparation of financial and relate statistical reports to both internal and external use.

Internal Control

11. As SOX champion, conducting the SOX implementation and its compliance

12. Conducting and pass internal audit and SOX audit

13. Handle external and internal auditor requirements.

14. Review internal accounting control and establishes a system to improve controls.

TAX AND FISCAL REQUIREMENT

15. Oveee tax administration. Eure that tax laws and regulatio are strictly adhered to. Eure that the company is availing full tax incentives.

16. Work with RHQ Tax department to determine company tax liabilities and eures timely payment to the government.

17. Assist all Expats in their peonal tax requirements.

RISK MANAGEMENT

18. Oveee iurance coverage of company assets.

19. Work with RHQ to determine that the company is availing for the most reasonable premium rates.

20. Eure that the company fully recove from iurable losses.

21. Review annually iurable values of the company with the company’s appointed iurance broker

Financial Analyst

22. To lead the rolling forecast and annual plan process within the plant

23. To explain the key variance between the actual and FCST

24. To support the plant team to follow up and analyze as well as solve the issues exposed

Program Controlling

25. To control the program's financial performance to achieve committed the financial performance
