主要关键的职位职责

1. 制定人事行政部年度工作计划及部门预算，负责实施及费用控制。

2. 根据公司发展计划，制订招聘计划及预算并按照招聘计划实施。

3. 负责公司培训体系的建立与完善；开拓培训资源；组织开展培训需求调查，进行培训需求分析，制定年度培训计划，培训项目实施，评估培训效果

4. 根据公司年度经营目标，制定、修订年度绩效考核方案；建立、修订关键绩效指标体系并实施。

5. 在外包公司的支持下全面负责公司每月薪酬社保的计算与发放；工资报表的制作；薪酬数据分析及统计；人工成本、人工费用的分析报告。

6. 负责公司日常行政总务工作管理，组织并指导下属员工开展各项具体工作

7. 负责落实公司企业文化

任职要求

1. 人力资源、工商管理专业本科及以上学历

2. 5年以上相关工作经验，其中2年制造业经验，2年以上主管经验

3. 熟悉人力资源招聘、薪酬、绩效考核、培训等规定和流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策

4. 具有较强的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力，较强的责任感与敬业精神

5. 熟练运用各种办公软件

6. 英语听说读写流利

Principal Key Accountabilities or Results of the Job

1.Make the annual work pla and departmental budget of HR&Admin,respoible for the implementing and cost control

2.According to the strategy, make the employee recruitment plan & budget and implement it

3. In charge to establish and improve the training system; find training needs and work out annual training plan according to the needs, manage the training and make evaluation.

4. According to the company's annual business target, set up and revise the annual performance reviews; set up and revise the KPI system

5. Under the support of outer company, make the salary and social security's issuance on time; make salary analysis, statistics and labor cost's report

6.In charge of the company daily administration affai and organize/guide the staff to complete the detailed work

7. To execute the company culture

General Qualification

1.Univeity bachelor degree or above in HBusiness Administration

2. More than 5 yea relative working experience, at least 2 yea working experience in supervisor position

3.Knowledgeable and good undetanding of the HR recruitment ,payment,employment related laws & regulatio

4.Strong language skill, interpeonal skills, communication and problem solving ability,strong see of respoibility and professional dedication

5.Skilled in Office Software

6.Fluent listening, spoken and written English
