职位描述:
Respoibilities:
- Effective management of all incoming calls and visito reception professionally;
- Office supplies management; including delivery, water, office snack, stationery, etc;
- Staffs’ travel management; correspondence with the visa, check the monthly ticket bill and do the payment application;
- Assist HR & Admin manager, provide monthly employee’s attendance report & leaves report, maintain employees system;
- Assist the new staff on-boarding, liaise with the agency;
- Assist making various types of record keeping & file management and administrative costs registration;
- Other tasks assigned by manage.
Requirements:
- College or above, preferred major in English or Administration;
- Polite and good team-player;
- Great customer service and excellent communication skill, pro-active, /can do/ attitude;
- Energetic, Independent, Mature and self-motivated;
- Previous experience as a HR &Admin assistant is a plus;
- Good in both written and oral English;
- Knowledge on MS Office, Outlook.
