I.Purpose of Position

To develop and manage solutio to various payment policy issues for the medical technology industry in China; to coordinate member committees and working groups; to direct development and communication of industry positio on key policy issues.

II.Essential Duties of Position

Has primary respoibility for advising AdvaMed membe and staff on key payment policy issues of concern to the China device industry.

Provides technical guidance and administrative support for ADVAMED’s work in tendering, pricing and reimbuement.

Assists in planning new programs and in budget management.

Monito payment policy activities and communicates information to membe.

Organizes and participates in educational semina and workshops and edits proceedings.

Represents Association positio and interacts with government, industry, professional, academic and other groups on issues of industry concern.

Establishing and maintaining relatiohip for AdvaMed with provinces’ based stakeholde related to China payment issues.

Developing industry comments to China payment related regulatio.

Any other work assigned by Executive Director, China.

Reports to Executive Director, China

III.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s)

Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in Chinese. Good English is preferred.

Knowledge of biomedical technology and regulation, especially for China tendering, pricing and reimbuement

Ability to develop and implement strategic pla for accomplishing the global payment priorities of the Association

Ability to develop and manage a project budget

Excellent analytical, organizational, and peuasive skills

Leadehip and teambuilding skills

Excellent diplomacy skills

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relatiohips with othe

Knowledge and familiarity with the medical device industry and government relatiohips

IV.Specificatio

Minimum Education Required:Bachelor’s degree. Graduate work or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum Experience Required:At least 5 yea of health care/payment policy; and/or similar policy experience directly relevant to the duties of the position; effective presentation skills, both oral and written, knowledge of biomedical technology; familiarity with medical device industry and government relatiohips; excellent interpeonal skills; committee/taskforce management.

Contacts Required:Member and non-member companies, government policymake, research organizatio, professional and trade organizatio, academia, and AdvaMed staff.

II. 岗位职责

就中国医疗器械行业费用（含招标、物价、医保）政策，给予协会成员公司和员工相关建议和指导

对国内医疗行业招标，物价和医保方面的工作提供专业性的指导和管理支持

协助新项目制定以及预算管理

关注跟踪国内医疗行业费用政策，并将相关信息反馈给协会成员

组织并参加相关研讨会和讨论会，并进行相关会议记录

就行业问题代表协会与政府，行业专家，学术专家以及其他组织进行沟通

就中国医疗行业费用政策，与中国各省相关机构建立联系

对于中国相关法规，汇总整理并提交行业意见

其他由驻华总代表指派的工作

优秀的中文写作能力和口语表达能力，英语熟练者优先考虑

具有医疗行业以及行业监管法规背景知识，尤其是医疗行业招标，定价，补助政策
