Reports To: Operation Manager

Job Summary

Supervise daily the activities of 20 shop-floor employees to include machine-operato, welde & grinde;

Supervise all aspects of production including assembly and production.

Requirements

5+ yea’ experience in manufacturing or shop-floor environment;

3+ yea’ experience in supervision of shop-floor employees;

Familiarity with reading SolidWorks or Pro-E drawings;

Experienced using a ERP system

Positive attitude and effective communicator in both English & Mandarin;

Team player and able to multi-task.

Essential Job Functio

Daily interaction with shop-floor worke and Production Manager to address problems and provide solutio;

Supervise accurate and timely collection of shop-floor data using ERP system;

Direct daily production activities using work orde generated from ERP system;

Work with Quality Control Supervisor as team under the direction of Production Manager;

Work with Engineering team and help supervise technical issues on the shop-floor;

Day to Day Respoibilities:

Monitor and assure worker safety;

Enforce maintenance of clean & orderly work areas;

Suggest Process Improvements to Production Manager;

Suggest Quality Improvement ideas to Production Manager;

Help improve employee relatio;

Assist Production Manager with workforce planning;

Enforce company policies & procedures;

Identify employees for training and/or promotion.
