*Material Management

1.Be respoible for materials management strategy and system development for effective operatio

- Provide the leadehip and direction required to attain both the MM and Site goals.

- Execute the direction for the MM organization' for the Site and implement an MOS that integrates planning and procurement across the Site.

- Integrate and organize SIOP, planning and procurement teams within the Site and support the network of sites to deliver results. (Inventory $ and DOS, OTTR, past dues, OTTP, MPS compliance, Productivity, MPS starts, Capacity planning accuracy) - Seek out and recruit top talent for the organization

- Eure linkage to the Strategy and Process Integration COE to enable Site implementation and execution of STD processes and tools. - Own and drive specific MM standard work and key initiatives and projects assigned across their PC and ISC.

- Drive accountability throughout the Site to achieve results. Drive user adoption throughout the Site and with key stakeholde.

2.Eure the logistic function work smoothly and cost efficiency

- Coordinate execution of material import and export per plan

- Meet or exceed AOP commitments for key metrics like OTTR

- Establish, maintain and improve metrics in custom clearance, OTD and freight control etc.

- Conducts business in compliance with import/export laws & regulatio, and Honeywell policies & procedures

- Maintai an effective customs relatiohip

*Program Management

1>Manage C919 and nonC919 programs for the trial ru carbon discs

2>Drive the project schedule, coordinate with various organization including partne and customer to complete all the activities on time

3>Coordinate with the various teams from HBAS, Honeywell, Boyun and COMAC to eure that customer’s requirements are met in term of delivery and quality

4>Manage the project expees and control cost within budget
