-Manage and develop OEM sales with the focus on sustainable business

-Cooperate with regional sales manager in developing and servicing OEM custome

-Partner with distributo in developing and servicing OEM custome and establish a long-term relatiohip

-Actively acquire new OEM custome in specified fields and branches
主动去专业行业和领域挖掘新的大客户
-Manage and visit OEM custome and gain undetanding for their products, needs and future developments
维护、拜访大客户以了解他们的产品、需求和长远合作
-Use the complete product and service portfolio to support and sustain OEM custome and make use of Mennekes’ competitive advantage
利用公司的全部产品和服务来支持大客户,并向大客户介绍使用曼奈柯斯的优势,获得大客户的认可
-Provide and communicate ongoing OEM customer’s iights to continuously adapt to current and future market conditio and requirements
定期与大客户沟通,并将客户的意见反馈给公司以使公司了解市场行情、与时俱进
-Be part of the China sales network and support and coordinate sales activities with the China headquarter
作为中国销售网络的一部分,与中国区总部沟通销售工作
2. Tasks and competences 主要工作内容
-Check, service and evaluate OEM custome in order to undetand their current situation, needs and wants, but also future developments and product changes
了解、服务并分析大客户的现状、需求,还要考虑调整产品以谋求双方的长足发展
-Check upon distributo in order to get a structured, traparent and documented overview about their OEM activities
与经销商紧密沟通以便公司了解他们的大客户销售情况
-Support OEM custome in technical and business related activities, participate in meetings and negotiatio
从技术和商业等角度来维护大客户,参与商业会谈
-Support internal project and regional sales team with customer knowledge and iights
以对客户的了解和观点来支持公司内的项目和区域销售团队
-Develop and adjust pricing structure for OEM customer together with superior management in China and also in accordance with HQ policies and guidelines
在遵守德国总部的定价方针的前提下,与中国区的管理团队一起制定和调整针对大客户的价格体系
-Represent the company during sales related events and develop new contacts and new business opportunities

3. Qualification required 岗位要求
- Professional Education: bachelor or master degree in business or engineering
受教育背景:工商或者技术等专业的本科及以上
- Working Experience / 工作经验
Several successful yea (>3) in a (B-to-B) sales position in China 在国内工业销售岗位任职成功3年以上
Experience with technical sales and advanced industry products 有销售技术和先进工业品的经验
Experience in developing OEM custome 有大客户的开发经验
Successful establishment of lasting relatiohips and trustful cooperation with industry partne
在工业品行业,与同行成功建立过长期伙伴关系和相互信任的合作关系
Working several yea (>3) in an international company with a high brand recognition
在知名品牌的跨国公司里有过3年以上的工作经验
