External Job Description :

? Respoible for routine refurbishment duties(including soldering) accordingly to established practices and procedures.

根据现有的流程完成产品维修，包括故障定位和判断，焊接和测试

? Demotrate ability to perform hands-on maintenance, itallatio, tests during board refurbishment which require judgment

负责仪器和测试站的维护和保养，安装和调试，简单故障处理

? Use standard approaches/technical knowledge to resolve problems

能够独立解决80-90%以上的产品维修测试及焊接过程中遇到的问题

? Strong proficiency in work activities and tools

熟练掌握不同产品的工作原理，维修工作流程和测试系统的操作

External Qualificatio :

? BS degree in electronic and a minimum of 3-5y related hands on experience

电子本科学位,3~5年相关经验

? College degree in electronic or Maintenance/Repair; Specialized training/certification required after on board

电子维修或维护大专以上学历，入职后需要专门的培训/认证

? It is better to have Spectrum testing equipment knowledge, or have RF trouble shooting and repair capability

熟悉频谱仪的相关知识，或有射频故障分析、维修能力***

? Above2y related working experience

2年以上电子产品维修及焊接相关工作经验

? Moderate undetanding of the technical aspects of the refurbishment job

了解电路原理基础知识及元器件的测量，熟悉ESD操作要求

? Knowledge of company policies and practices, and uses training required to perform Service & Support assignments

通过培训熟悉公司政策/部门流程，按照相关的政策/流程完成工作

? Demotrates specialized skill on all kinds of soldering station utilization preferred.

具备良好的有铅/无铅焊接技术能力

? Good English reading to operate test statioystems.

具备较好的英语阅读能力
