1. Preparing Invoice / Debit note / Credit note and forwarding invoices with supporting to custome / Service Provide.

2. Preparing Journal voucher / Payment Voucher / Receipt Voucher

3. Euring all incoming and outgoing payment are done on time within the set deadline.

4. Euring Salaries and Salaries taxes are paid on time.

5. Reconciliation of Bank Statement on Monthly basis.

6. Euring banking activities, daily invoices and vouche are made on time.

7. Keeping Record of Service provider invoice (Shipping line / traporter / CHA/Agent) to make payment should be maintained systematically.

8. Maintaining Record of all payment payable and receivable to Service Provider and custome.

9. Updating Service provide Custome on receivable and payable through email.

10. Tax Planning and Budgeting

11. Handling Petty Cash

12. Reporting to management on Monthly accounting income and expees details.
