Description
-Sales Management:
Exceeding the sales budget and delivering expected high growth and market share; In collaboration with other departments (Commercial Support, Marketing, Technical Support,…), successfully launching new products; Be directly involved in KAM to drive key custome satisfaction and reagent growth; Leading the KAM/TSM and K.A.M. local team to implement and achieve the goals of K.A.M projects ; Work out the annual sales budgets according to the market potential and opportunities by distributo in the particular territories;
-Distributo Management:
Organize, coordinate, optimizing and leading the distributo network properly, effectively and achieve the annual sales targets; Fully in charge of the related distributo; Establishing distributo network to cover all the market segments properly, including the distributo identifying, selecting, recruiting, managing and terminating the distributo;
Close follow up and motivate the sales results, man powe, business orientatio, promotion invest of the distributo; Managing the distributo and customer segmentatio;
- Strategies Management:
Collecting, analyzing the market and custome information, forecasting the market trends and define the adaptive local strategies also align marketing and technical support team
Establish good relatiohip with the KOLs, Clinical Laboratory Cente and National and Local blood bank and CDC and other competent authorities;
Market intelligence: collect information from the market and competito and feed-back marketing and management;
-Team Management:
Implement the company vision, mission and policies and make sure to build the team that is able to meet the long term development of the company; Recruit and retain high potential talents and develop the management and leadehip skills of the team; Works with HR to implement company policy on performance evaluation, succession plan etc
Profile
- Bachelor or above with major in Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay, Microbiology, Molecular biology application
- At least 10 yea successful IVD related sales experience and management experience
