To help us build new capability we have created a new role for Territory Services Manager- South West China to join our Recipient Services department, based in Chengdu, Reporting to the Channel Service Manager, this role works with the Customer Service, Clinical , Sales teams internally and externally with Distributo, Rehabilitation Centres, Audiology Clinics and directly with our custome.
In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by supporting distributor service to continue to provide a high level of customer satisfaction, engage with partne to continue to eure Cochlear recipients are receiving effective and convenient service and provide direct service to custome when distributor service is not available.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who has strong experience in Customer Service and is looking for the next step in their career and gain exposure working with external professional custome (distributo, rehabilitation centres and audiology clinics) as well as continues to support direct custome. This role will see you performing training and development for our professional custome as well as provide trouble shooting and product training to our direct custome.
Key Requirements
*Demotrated experience within Customer Service
*Effective communication skills
*Experience in training and presenting
*Fluent in Mandarin
*Intermediate level of English (reading, writing and verbal)
*Ability to work independently
*Experience within Medical Devices is desired but not essential
*Ability to travel frequently
