Qualificatio

1. At least 4 yea lean experience.

2. Good command of oral and written English.

Job Description

1.Use Value Stream Mapping method to study current state. Identify the wastes from the map and define the projects can work on.

2.Assists in selection of teams to develop the project plan. Effectively remove roadblocks as they arise. Monitor the team’s project progress.

3.Develop training pla and conduct training.

4.Apply Lean assessment throughout the site, and assist the factory to undetand the criteria of the assessment.

5.Share best practices with other team membe.

6. Communicate with Project Manager every week to show progress with weekly report.

7. Work through Monday to Friday at factory. Working time need to follow the factory. Attend the factory weekly Lean Steering meeting.

8. Prepare Monthly report and assist Boss's monthly visit. record the boss's homework assignments and follow up during the month.
