Job Description

Assist daily work arrangements for Head of Campus HIOC; Calendar, Meeting-Follow-ups etc.

Respoible for liaison between the HOC and the Facilities Manager and Campus Nue on tasks as set by the Head of Campus

Respoible for liaison between the HOC and the Deputies Head of Campus on Operational and Development Matte (Non – Student Related)

Respoible for writing, tralation of various documents required for the Head of Campus.

Respoible for arrangements for maintaining the Head of Campus' daily work agenda.

Respoible for writing and organise important meetings minutes for the Campus Leadehip Team;

Respoible for the Campus document writing;

Respoible for leadehip's daily itinerary and visiting guests reception;

Respoible for routine work.

Respoible for arranging important meetings' preparation, notification and gathering.

Respoible for meeting minutes for meetings held in the name of the School

Respoible for outsourcing internal and external tralation work

Basic business negotiation tralation for relevant departments and basic external contacts for tralation work.

Subject to the Head of Campus's approval, complete work assigned by the Deputies Head of Campus and the Facilities Manager and Campus Nue

Complete other routine work as assigned by the Head of Campus.

Requirements

CET 6 or above, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing; Excellent English language skills and external communication skills; have the administration or related work experience is preferred; two yea aid experience is preferred.

Good at communication and expression, good image.

Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 yea working experience. Have experience of general manager assistant is preferred.

Fluent in word, excel, ppt and other office software;

Familiar with knowledge of office administration and workflow, document writing format, with basic foreign business letter writing skills; Have strong writing skills, able to finish all kinds of report writing;

Can co-ordinate the work of small departments and other small departments, also the outside reception work.

Work carefully, respoible, rigorous; Outgoing, organised coordination, strong planning. Smart, independent and flexible thinking, patient and meticulous.

Good organisational skills, good professionalism and ethics.
