Respoibilities

1.Work with Management team to eure the company is compliant with all relevant and current health, safety and environmental legislation, and Tomki I&A HSE Global Minimum Standard.

2.Work with Management team to develop and maintain HSE Management system according to ISO14001 & OHSAS18001.

3.Respoible for updating management of any change that may affect the organization and their individual respoibilities outlined in the Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.

4.To prepare and submit incident statistics that can be used by the Company to set meaningful objectives achievable within realistic timescale.

5.Work with HR to develop and maintain HSE training system to improve HSE competency of all employees.

6.To liaise with the enforcing authorities and to maintain a good working relatiohip with them.

7.Coach plant HSE Enginee.

8.Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Requirement:

1.Five yea above industrial experience of a Senior HS & E function.

2.Full member of the Ititution of Occupational Safety and health (IOSH) in China or equivalent t and competent in auditing skills.

3.Able communicator with all levels in the organization both oral and written.

4.Positive proactive attitude to all relevant health, safety and environmental matte.

5.Ability to design and carry out basic HS & E training for all staff and hourly paid employees.

6.Willingness to lead by example at all time.

7.Certified ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 Internal Auditor.

8.Certified Safety Management Peonnel.
