Account Manager - Corporate Sales
Job Description
-To maximise the corporate sales revenue potential as well as corporate client satisfaction level for the Group in the Pearl River Delta (PRD) market.
-To capture and generate sales through activities including, but not limited to, corporate account prospecting, tailor-made travel solutio development, contract signing, and account servicing.
-To support the supervisor and the team in the formulation and implementation of corporate sales strategy and tactics.
-To build close and healthy relatiohips with the corporate clients and agents in Guangdong province, and to conduct regular sales visits to actively promote the Group’s product and services, to review travel performance, and to gather market intelligence in order to identify and capture sales opportunities.
-To handle incoming enquiries from corporate clients on corporate travel support, including fare quotatio and clarificatio, special customer and VIPs servicing etc.
-To produce regular reports and analysis to improve sales and customer service level.
General Requirements
-Univeity degree holder or equivalent in any discipline.
-Possess 2 - 5 yea of related experience in aviation or travel-related industry, preferably in sales or corporate sales function. Knowledge in reservatio and ticketing is a definite advantage.
-Good team player with outgoing peonality, ambition, meticulous mind and creativeness.
-Possesses good interpeonal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
-Good at data analysis and seitive to numbe.
-Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English. Fluency in a third language is an advantage.
