？Be single powertrain contact within planning team (timing, specificatio, footprint, emissio, manufacturing capacity, material cost, etc.,)

？Work closely with PT & NEV engineering to track on going programs status

？Provide regular regulation & policy updates by working with company regulation team

？Lead CO2 strategy and eure company fleet stay competitive and define optimized strategy (balance cost, complexity and vol, etc.,) to meet future regulation

？Lead new powertrain &NEV strategy from planning team, collect functional inputs and conduct strategic analysis

？Provide regular strategic market intelligence report based on business needs

？>9 yea auto industry experience, planning or engineering background is required

？Master degree in mechanical engineering, engine or tramission is preferred

？English skills is required

？Strategic thinking with strong logical analysis capability

？Comfortable to make regular report to management teams

？Leadehip skills required
