招聘专员Recruiter
岗位职责:?
1.负责实施招聘计划,有效地开发和维护招聘渠道,确保在规定的时间内找到合适的候选人。?
2. 月度招聘情况、面试等数据等相关分析报表,制作招聘预算。 ?
3. 进行离职面谈,为人才保留计划提供有效支持。?
4. 根据SOP要求, 对所有JD及Org-chart进行季度更新。
?5. ?向所支持的业务团队提供一站式的支持,与业务团队成员建立信任和联系。
?6.?密切关注和了解业务需求,并把业务要求和挑战转化为相关的HR的行动。?
7. 倾听员工声音,并参与员工关系问题的解决。
?8.协助直接主管完成其他日常工作。???
任职资格:?
1. 本科学历,至少2年以上人力资源综合领域工作经验,工厂从业经验者优先。
?2. ?良好的英语沟通能力。?
3.电脑技能:MS Office 等与工作相关的软件操作知识
?4. 良好的分析能力,快速学习者。?
5. 合理判断,分析和解决问题的技巧。?
6. 优秀的组织能力、沟通/聆听技巧及表达技巧非常重要?
7. ?能独立工作,灵活变动优先权。
?8. 良好的团队精神和组织技巧。?
9. 可以在一个干扰频繁及快节奏的环境中工作
工作地点:宁波
该岗位前期需要在台州长期出差,之后的工作地点将稳定在宁波。
Job Respoibilities
1. Implement recruiting plan, including build and maintain the recruiting channel, eure to find the qualified candidates in cycle time.
2. Prepare analysis report on staffing including turnover rate, interview data, monthly recruiting status and etc.; make recruiting budget.
3. Conduct exit interview with records and support the retention plan.
4. Make quarterly update for all JD & Org-chart based on SOP requirements.
5. To provide one-stop-support to business team, and build trust & connection with employees who are supported.
6 .Keep close undetanding of the business needs; tralate the business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actio and initiatives.
7. Be a listener and a communicator for the employees, be involved in employee relation issues.
8. Assist direct supervisor to finish the other routine works.
Job Qualification
1. At least 2 yea’ relevant experience in a general HR field with bachelor's degree. Manufacturing plants experience is a plus.?
2. Good English communication skill.
3. PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office software required.?
4. Solid analytical skills. Quick Learner.?
5. Sound judgment and analytical skills to enable assessment of risk and problem-solving skills.?
6. Strong organizational skills, communicatio listening skills, and presentation skills are essential.?
7. Able to work independently and be flexible to changing priorities.?
8. Must have excellent teamwork and organizational skills.?
9. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptio.
