JOB DESCRIPTION

The Logistics Lead is respoible for assisting with the organization, communication and coordination of container shipments and respoible for the following duties:

?Forwards purchase orde to vendo for PI confirmation generated by buye

?Reviews and approves vendor PI’s and uploads PI confirmatio to E21 (ERP System). In case of discrepancies, retur to buyer for disposition.

?Coordinates updating vendor purchase orde ETD and ETA in E21

?Manages open purchase order report for scheduling/coordinating deliveries

?Assists in dropship container cubing to maximize container space and vendor shipping coordination

?Coordinates QC ipection schedule at supplie facility prior to shipping arrangements

?Coordinates weekly container shipping schedule with Supplie

?Communicates directly with China agent forwarder for container bookingscheduling

?Requests air freight rates/coordinates shipping

?Manages vendor inland traportation charges for coordinating deliveries to bonded warehouse and/or vendor coolidation.

?Coordinates all vendor shipping documents for weekly shipments verifying and matching purchase orde to invoices

?Coordinates Pre-receipt Entry in E21

?Communicates/resolves shipping & invoice discrepancies with vendo

?Process Shipping documents to corporate office/logistics coordinator for customs clearance and container tracking

?Facilitates-maintai weekly/monthly container shipment schedule

?Initiates new vendor profile information and verifies vendor banking information for new vendor set up in E21

?Assists with negotiating vendor payment terms

?Facilitates-maintai vendor payment due schedule weekly to corporate office for invoice reconciliation, payment disbuements, and cash forecasting

?Coordinates sending vendor wire traactio received from corporate office

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIO

-Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

-Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, familiar with US working style. Able to read, write, speak and easily communicate with othe who are not fluent in both languages.

-5 yea minimum logistics leadehip experience preferably with US company.

-Strong, proven, leadehip skills.

-Customer focused

-Good peonality and ability to communicate and encourage employees

-Ability to assistant staff to manage supplie in China, especially for key factories and products.

-Must be honest and ethical in all aspects of business.

-Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicatio including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
