DESCRIPTIORESPOIBILITIES:

* Job Description

* Implement and evaluate proposed processes for manufacturability,

generate WI

* Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for

production

* NPI and preparing documents, like PFMEA, CP, WI

* Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process paramete

* Trouble shoot process related issues

* Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process

improvements

* Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products

* Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements.

* Interface with cross section of all activities associated with new

process implementation and trafer

* Assist in the development of training and provide training to

production peonnel during new WI trafer

Job requirements

* Proficient in mechanical drawing standards, familiar with principles

of mechanical drawing, drawing specification；

* Familiar product develop process and with project management skill,

* Good NPI skill

* Good English skill with listen, oral, read and write;

* Demotrates operatio and technical skills and undetanding of

Flextronics’ functional standards.

* Demotrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid

undetanding of Flextronics’ policies and procedures.

* Typically requires some knowledge of computerized electronic test

equipment and programming.
