Very good knowledge in modern production methods and processes, equipment usage and maintenance, work safety, environmental protection, manufacturing statistics etc. Strong knowledge in Single-Part-Production and fixture manufacturing.

Work Content工作内容

?Prepare daily, monthly and annual production plan

安排日月年工作计划

?Control production scheduling and report to the GM actively. Know the production processes, coordinate with other departments

控制生产进度并汇报总经理。了解生产流程，配合其他部门

?Planning, coordination and control of production process and production quality control management

计划，协调并控制生产流程及产品质量管控

?Ability to implement, ipect and supervise production rules and regulatio. Performance evaluation for manufacturing department

有能力落实，检查，监督生产规章制度。绩效评估制造部门

?Respoible to give active work itructio and training for employees. Supervise attendance and discipline

负责员工作业指导及培训。监督到岗及纪律遵守

?Eure completing the production task on schedule and in line with quality standards

Qualificatio and Skills任职资格和技能要求

?Male; 25-40

***；25-40岁

?Graduation in machinery engineering or related profession

机械工程专业或相关专业毕业

?Very good knowledge of MS Office Software; familiar with 3D-Software, CAM, ERP-Systems

熟练掌握MS Office软件；熟悉3D软件、CAM、ERP系统

?production or operation experience and at least 3 yea in production management

生产或运营经验，三年以上生产管工作经验

?motivating leadehip style as well as tenacious and competent appearance

?Experience with project coordination and controlling

?Several yea’ experience in aviation industry and/or part supplier, alternatively tool/ machining industry
