POSITION:

The Project Manager depends on several departments.

项目经理取决于多个部门。

1.From a Project coordination point of view, he will depend on and report to the Mono Group Market Director.

从一个项目协调的观点，他将取决和报告给Mono集团的市场总监。

2.From a geographical point of view, he will depend on and report directly to the local General Manager. (Mono-Hirosawa unit)

RESPOIBILITIES:

职责

1.Clearly establish all requests from customer

清楚地建立从顾客来的所有请求

2.Communicate these requests to the membe of the team through a project planing and an action plan.

沟通协调这些请求给团队的成员透过项目计划和行动计划。

3.Check the quality of the awe given to the customer by each member of the project.

检查每一个项目成员给的答案的质量然后回答给客户。

4.Check that all awe are given in due time and according to time plan.

根据时间计划检查所有的答案在规定的时间。

5.Establish a Project review at the end of each phase ( gate) of the project

建立一个项目审查在每一个项目阶段（门）结束的时候。

6.Define and check all eventual corrective actio

定义和检查所有最终纠正行动

7.Communicate the project status to the customer

向客户传达项目状态

EXPERIENCE:

1.Having a 5 yea experience in the automotive industry and in interior or decoration parts.

具有在汽车工业5年的经验在内部或装饰部分

2.Having experience in leading Projects and monitoring team of at least 5 yea.

有领导主要项目和监测小组至少5年的经验

3.Fluent in English.

流利的英文

4.Able to use regular and common IT tools and programs.
