职位描述:
1、根据国家法律法规、公司战略,与薪酬福利高级经理密切合作,协助制定并维护薪酬福利体系和薪资架构,负责年度薪酬方案细则的实施与推进,对员工薪酬福利进行管理
In line with our country’s regulation and our company’s strategy, work closely with Senior C&B manager, assist to make and maintain C&B system and C&B framework.
2、负责公司薪酬数据的分析、统计,协助控制并核算公司总体人力成本,提供相关分析报告
Respoible for our company’s C&B data analyze, statistics, and assist to control and account our company’s Manpower, and provide related reports.
3、协助制定和调整相应薪酬结构,以确保岗位内、外部的竞争力
Assist to make and adjust relevant Compeation framework to eure internal and external competitiveness.
4、负责进行年度薪酬福利相关的各类调查,并参与调查报告分析和应用
5、协助开展岗位价值评估以及与市场行业数据进行比较分析
Assist to develop position value evaluation and compare and analyze with market industry data.
6、协助制定薪酬福利相关制度和规范
Assist to make C&B related regulatio
7、与政府机关及其它薪酬福利相关供应商保持联系,研究和跟踪市场薪酬变化
Keep contact with government agencies and other C&B related vendo, do research and track the market compeation changes
8、密切配合人力资源经理,在薪酬福利相关问题上对各分公司提供指导性建议,并对疑问给予咨询回复
Fully coordinate with HR manage, provide guidance to branches, and give coultatio to the questio.
9、商业保险及其它薪酬福利活动的实施和改进
Commercial and other benefit activities’ implementation and improvement.
10.完成上级交办的其它工作任务

任职资格:
1、教育、培训、证书或者资质 / Education, Training, and Certificate
本科及以上学历 Bachelor degree or above
人力资源、财会、经济或管理类专业 Majo in Human Resource, Finance, Economy or Management
2、工作经验 / Work Experience
3年以上人力资源领域相关工作经验,其中包括2年以上薪酬福利相关专业经验
3 yea above HR related working expeience, which including 2 yea above C&B related working experience.
大型外资企业工作经验者为佳Big scale foreign enterprises working experience is preferred
3、技能和知识 / Skills and Knowledge
了解薪资和人力资源系统 Familiar with Compeation and Human Resource System
熟练使用Office办公软件,尤其是MS EXCEL Familiar with Office software, especially MS EXCEL
十分熟悉国家及地方劳动法律法规政策,熟悉现代企业薪酬福利管理体系设计方法,有相关实务操作经验
Familiar with nation and local labor law and regulation, familiar modern enterprise compeation & benefit administration system design, has related operation experience.
