职位描述:
Main Respoibilities:
-Respoible for the electrical architecture design for a high-end medical imaging system
-Play a key role in product roadmap definition including platforms and core technologies, respoible for the EE platform and roadmap design
-Be respoible for EE design review and TD, mainly including motion control, image chain sequence and timing, power distribution, user interface etc.
-With deep undetanding of industrial and medical motion control technologies, design and confirm the positioning control architecture, especially multiple axes motion, synchronous interpolation, trajectory planning, etc., while coidering product roadmap, platform compatibility etc.
-Lead real-time processing positioning controller development, with accurate timing synchronization, capable of multi-axes synchronous interpolation motion control.
-Lead compreheive trajectory and motion control algorithm design
-Lead design to achieve accuracy/multi-axes synchronous trajectorytability motion requirement, along with motion components selection, including motodrivebrake/clutch/position feedback etc.; communication mode selection, including CAEtherCAT and pulse, analog value mode.
-Drive compliance/closure of regulatory and quality requirements
-Initiate and create innovative ideas and structure new features based on customer needs. Drive EE innovation and organize innovation activities
-Champion continuous improvement activities by initiating process and design quality improvement initiatives
Key Competency:
-Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent, more than 6 yea of relevant experience
-Deep undetanding of X-ray medical device electrical design principles, especially coidering not only safety, reliability and regulatory, but also core technologies and techniques
-Deep undetanding of automatic control theory. Familiar with motor, motion control technology and related electrical and electronic techniques, more than 6 yea working experiences in motion control area
-Master FPGA/CPLD logic chips, and related interface circuit design, master the VHDL or Verilog coding
-Master ARM, DSP microcontroller chips, and related digital board design
-Familiar with C or C++ for ARM/DSP based firmware design or operating system based firmware design, for example: Vxworks, Linux
-Familiar with EMI/EMC theory, can be used to guide hardware design
-Six sigma black belt is preferred
