职位描述:
Job Respoibilities:
1. Lead the quality problem shutting process with related team for the quality issue in process and customer area after SOP, track the progress until issue is completely closed.
2. Follow Brose PMP, top-Q procedure, maintain related data base on Brose share point.
3. Visit customer for the quality issue in the necessary case.
4. Support the project lunch phase related process quality issue with quality planner in ZQU, like support the process quality ipection itruction, process capability study, new measurement device MSA etc.
5. Manage the fit-off part release for the production line and related quality actives in the lab.
6. Manage the process audit and line site review with related team member.
7. Organize the preparation of process & customer quality topic for the internal audit or external audit.
8. Manage the OEM line service peon and warranty issue from OEM, maintain related data base.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical and Electric field.
2. Minimum 3 yea experience in process, customer quality area in the automotive industry or ancillary industry.
3. Compreheive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods.
4. Compreheive knowledge of the production methods in use.
5. Basic knowledge of environmental law and environmental technology.
6. Good communication skill with internal and external.
7. APQP, PPAP, MSA, 8D.
8. Business English communication skills both in written and oral English.
