职位要求：1、3年以上领导力方向的成功培训经验；2、MBA或同等学历，优秀的培训和演讲技巧，为人正直诚信；3、具有领导力方向的课程认证，或教练技术认证，熟悉情境领导、MBTI等；5、具有跨国公司工作和培训经验的优先考虑；6、高效的沟通技巧，能和高端客户保持有效沟通；7、良好的英语口语及书面表达能力；8、乐于在成都发展的优先考虑。

Leadehip Trainer1、Successful track record in as a leadehip trainer(at least 3 year);2、An MBA or similar academic qualification;Excellent training and presenttation skills,with high level of honesty and peonal integrity;3、Certified with leadehip,or coaching,familiar with Situational leadehip and MBTI itrument;4、Work and trainer experience with MNCs is a priority;5、Excellent communication skills,can keep effective interaction with clients at a senior level;6、Excellent level of spoken and written English;7、Have a intention to locate in Chengdu is a priority.
