GENERAL FUNCTION:
The CM Analyst is respoible for supporting the planning and execution of peonalized marketing communicatio. Uses automated campaign management software, executes direct-to-coumer campaig via a variety of media (direct mail, email, etc.) Accountable for the production of data files for customer marketing campaig from planning stage to dispatch of data.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITES:
?Completes the execution of peonalized marketing campaig (currently direct mail & email; sms, mobile coming soon) using pre-built customer segmentation data and campaign management software
?Supports standard campaign reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, to develop new reports as required to support all marketing communicatio
?Supports quality assurance procedures to eure the delivery of error-free marketing communicatio to our custome and prospects, implemented timely and accurately
?Maintai an on-going undetanding of the data which supports the segmentation methodologies in use
?Manages the flow of communication metrics (e.g. open and click rates) from the delivery vendo (e.g. email service provide) back into the campaign management system
?Supports business use with IT for campaign set up and overall management using both campaign management solution as well as back end data sources such as CDW
?Participates on cross-functional teams to support maintenance & enhancement of peonalized marketing
?Adopts new technologies; develops and evolves business practices to support all peonalized marketing
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
?Knowledge of automated campaign management systems and demotrable experience of using one or more industry-leading systems (IBM/UNICA, SAS)
?Good analytical & mathematical skills
?Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Project, Access & Outlook)
?Workflow, QA & testing experience within email deployment platform
?Experience coding in SQL is helpful, but not required
EXPERIENCE:
?1-2 yea of work experience in developing database, direct, one-to-one or customer relatiohip marketing strategies and reporting methodologies
?AND / Or 1-2 yea of experience in creating, executing, maintaining, and analyzing marketing strategies
?Knowledge of retail industry is helpful, but not required
?Workflow and QA/testing within campaign management platforms
EDUCATION:
?Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent experience
