By acting as a coordinator internally and externally for cargo tracing and tracking, shipment connecting arrangement and general enquiries.By looking into customer's requests and complaintsBy preparing sales reports and monitoring sales results and custome' performanceBy providing information to accounting for invoicingBy conveying the news and issuing circula to custome about flight schedule updating etcBy performing sales administrative tasks
Requirements:
Univeity graduate or equivalentFluent English in both spoken and writtenProficient in MS Office applicatioExcellent interpeonal and communication skillsCan work independently and able to work under pressure
