Respoibilities:
§ Draw up the sales plan according to the lifting budget. Execute the plan and achieve the targets (volume growth, account number growth under his/her coverage, etc.) set by management.
§ Collect and analyse market and competition information. Timely feedback to supervisor and trade team with comments and suggestio.
§ Collect and combine clients' forecasts.
§ Make regular sales calls to build up or develop the relatiohip with clients. Create and maintain clients' profiles. Timely feedback meeting minutes to relevant parties.
§ Reply clients' rate and other enquiries, handle complaints and coordinate internally among different departments to satisfy their demands.
§ Team work with sales colleagues and share information and good practices with each other.
§ Close contact with POD agents to develop cargo base.
§ Provide sales leads to POD agents and follow up sales leads provided by them.
§ Raise sales negotiation skills to get the cargoes with rate offe as high as possible.
§ Provide any other sales reports when required
Requirements:
§ Bachelor degree or equivalent
§ CET(College English Test)-4 or above
§ Computer literate
§ Strong verbal and written communicatio skills are essential
§ Competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity
§ At least 3+ yea working experiences on sales or marketing in shipping industry
