Job Description:

1. Implement warehouse operation according to sop requirements;

2. Fulfill all relative KPI and data analysis;

3. In charge the safety of both operation and cargo;

4. Communication with relative department for problem solving;

5. Determine performance targets for the function;

6. Plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective function;

7. Monitor individual KPI performance;

8. Conduct performance appraisals, including coaching;

9. Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of objective;

Job requirement

1. College degree or above;

2. Good skill in Microsoft office especially word/Excel;

3. Min 2 yea' working experience in warehouse management;

4. Related WMS operation experience in this industry;

5. English read & write capacity;

6. Effective communication and interpeonal skills;

7. Independent, entrepreneurial and able to work under pressure;

8. Good team player.
