Job Description

Respoible to provide design concept according to project brief, finish design project independently

Work on ongoing design assignments for clients, which include newsletter and collateral

Assist project manage in various design projects

Play a supporting role in developing the company’s visual identity

Assist project manager in revamping the company’s website

Liaise with print and digital partne

Other design projects from time to time

Requirements:

Excellent command of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, PowerPoint and digital design tools, knowledge of prepress & production processes, comfortable in both Mac and PC environments

Demotrates strong creativity in many aspects of design, including digital (website)

Have clean publication design skills and an good undetanding of typography, color, composition

Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects independently

Has an eye for detail, and appreciates the big picture

Takes initiative and shows a passion for design excellence

Speaks fluent Mandarin and basic English

Capable of working under pressure.

1-3 yea’ work experience with the Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, experience in the Pmarketing or design industry is an advantage

根据项目要求提供设计概念和方案，独立完成项目设计

为客户设计各类产品，包括电子新闻信模板、宣传品和其他附属品。

协助项目经理完成各种设计项目的工作

为公司的视觉形象设计给予协助和支持

协助项目经理更新公司网站设计

与印刷公司和电子设计公司进行妥善沟通

实时跟进其他的相关设计项目

专业能力要求:

精通并熟练操作InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, PowerPoint等电子设计软件，了解设计／校对／印刷等环节的项目流程和进度。能够熟练地在苹果系统和Windows操作系统下工作。

在各种设计领域拥有较强的创造力，包括数字／电子模板（网站）的设计。

清晰、明确掌握出版物的设计技能，充分理解和构思排版、颜色方案和构图。

较强的组织才能，能独立、妥善地安排多个不同的项目设计任务。

专注于细节，又能把控全局

工作积极主动，对设计工作饱含热情

普通话流利，掌握基本的英语能力

能够适应在压力下工作

1-3年平面设计方面的工作经验，拥有大学本科学历。有公关／设计行业的工作经验者优先。

并在面试时携带设计作品。
