Respoibilities:

? Establish standards & guidelines for business workflows which align with the group IT policies and strategies

? Design business solutio and traform end-user needs & business requirements into functional requirement specificatio

? Process mapping the work flow for new IT productservice being launched

? Review & Engineering new business processes and optimize existing business processes,

? Validating and Verifying Requirements - Euring the requirements map to the real business need

? Performs quality review checks on project deliverables

? Supports use in building Business Case, including cost / benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and development

? Tralating operational designed solutio into clear and actionable action pla for project manager and the business supported

? Conduct user training and prepare documentation including user guide/manual

? Prepare the documentation including work flow diagram, SOP, policy

? Assist in ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

？Degree in computer science, business administration or related disciplines

？Over 5 yea working experience, with at least 2 yea solid experience as the role of Business Analyst

？Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese including Mandarin

？Good analytical, negotiation and communication and problem solving skills

？Excellent documentation and presentation skill.Good training skills. Have strong willing to communicate with people.

？Occasional travel is required
