2. Previous 1+ yea relevant working experience within public relatio, media or marketing/Advertising Communicatio secto will be a plus;
3. Good written and verbal communicatio skills
4. Team player; multi-tasking flair
5. Excel in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines on time
6. Highly motivated, self starter and able to work under pressure
7. Excellent computer sills, able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint efficiently;
8. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, both spoken & written
Job Respoibilities:
1. Under the guidance of project leader (or an Account Manager),collaborate with account team for assigned tasks;
2. Research information on issues, clients, news stories, media and competito, submit recommendatio to account team for PR proposal development;
3. Draft press releases and feature article;
4. Prepare media lists and assist invitation and article placement tasks;
5. Awer media inquiries based on approved media Q & A;
6. Co-ordinate media interviews and preparation;
7. Generate client correspondence – monthly activity and progress reports, memos, media status reports and clipping summary and analysis report;
8. Co-ordinate assigned events and supervise vendo;
9. Direct external mailings;
10. Develop good media contacts and relatiohip;
11. Monitor publicatio and the Internet for trends and clipping collection;
12. Support project team with various projects and activities;
13. Track expees of programs/projects
14. Participate in client meetings and event on site assistance;
15. Supervise inter.

岗位职责:
1、在团队领导的指导下,与团队成员配合完成指定任务;
2、搜集议题、客户、新闻故事及竞争对手等各方面的信息,为项目方案提供推荐信息;
3、起草新闻稿和专题文章;
4、准备媒体名单,并协助完成邀请、会场布置等任务;
5、在被批准的对外发布的问题及答案的基础上,回答媒体询问;
6、组织协调媒体访谈和准备工作;
7、与客户保持沟通---每月发送活动和进度报告、备忘录、媒体现况报告、剪辑汇总和分析报告;
8、协调被分配的活动并监督供应商;
9、管理外部邮件;
10、发展良好的媒体关系,保持与各类媒体的联系;
11、为发展趋势和剪辑挑选不时地监控出版物和因特网;
12、使用各种不同的项目和活动支持项目团队;
13、追踪项目产生的各类费用;
14、去客户现场做支持,参加客户会议和活动;
15、监督实习生。
