1. 建立完善安全、消防管理制度和体系；

Establish and improve safety and fire fighting management ititution and system;

2. 制订安全、消防、劳动保护工作计划，并予以贯彻实施；

Formulate safety, fire fighting and labor protection work pla, and carry out them;

3. 开展各项安全宣传教育活动，提高员工的自我保护意识；

Develop all safety publicity and education activities and improve staff see of self protection;

4. 负责新建、改建、扩建项目的安全消防审查、评价、验收工作；

Be respoible for the safety and fire fighting check, evaluation and acceptance of projects，including newly- established ，recotruction and exteion projects;

5. 组织开展设备、设施、消防器材等的安全检查，确保各类设施处于安全、正常状态；

Organize and develop safety check on appliances, facilities and fire fighting equipment, and eure the save and normal status of all facilities;

6. 坚决贯彻“四不放过”的方针，处理各类安全事故；组织做好防汛防台、防冻保暖工作；

Carry out the policy of ‘four don’t let pass’ firmly, and tackle with all safety accidents; Organize the work of flood, typhoon and freeze prevention, and warm keeping;

7. 负责外来人员管理和安排好公司值班工作；

Enhance the management of non-company people ，arrange the company on-duty work well;;

8. 公司质保、环保、安保、5S等体系要求的相关工作。

Company quality assurance, environmental protection, security, 5S and other system requirements of the related work.

其他工作职责 Minor respoibilities

1.参加公司安排的各种会议。

Attend various kinds of conference of arranged by the company.

2.参加临时紧急会议和有关专题会议；

Attend emergent meetings and theme meetings.

3.参加本科室召开的工作会议。

1.大学本科及以上学历，三年以上相关工作经验；

Bachelor degree and above, more than 3 yea related working experience;

2.熟悉相关安全法律法规及业务操作；

Familiar with related laws and regulation and business operation.

3.熟悉国家人事相关法律法规和政策；

Familiar with related laws and regulation and production management.

4.熟练掌握外语和计算机操作。

Proficiency in foreign languages and computer operation.

5.知晓各类体系（环保、质保、安全等）的相关要求。

Know relevant requirements about environment system, quality system and safety system etc.
