?Elicit and document business requirements by conducting interviews, workshops, surveys, etc. and obtain sign-off.

?Critically evaluate and rationalize information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs, reconcile conflicts and identify fit/gaps.

评估和整合从不同渠道得来的信息，把概念化需求转换成可落地的详细实现，从众多不同的要求中区别出真正的需求，并解决其中和冲突，鉴定出共同点与不同点。

?Design effective IT functional solutio, validating the technical feasibility of solutio with IT technical teams, document in Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) and obtain the sign-off of the solution for business SPOC/requestor.

设计出有效率的IT功能性方案，并与技术团队验证其可行性，最终形成FRD文档，并得到各方面的确认通过。

?Engage in multiple simple to complex initiatives simultaneously

同时参与多种活动，逐步深入理解需求。

?Adheres to companies IT Governance processes (e.g. change management, communication plan, and release management).

遵守公司IT的方法及过程，例如：变更管理，沟通计划，发布管理等。

?Assists in defining acceptance tests for new or changed automated systems and coordinates UAT prior to production releases.

协助对多种系统建立完善的验收测试体系并协调UAT.

?Proactively analyzes the business processes and IT applicatio and recommend changes to improve the effectiveness of those processes

主动分析业务流程和已知的IT 系统，提出建设性的建议来改善它们。

?Works on preparing process flows, mockups, storyboards, developing business rules as part of the FRD.

准备流程图，原型或模型图，故事图板，开发业务规则。

?Also assists with application performance improvements testing and application testing (QA activity)

协助QA的系统的性能优化和测试工作。

岗位要求：

?商业管理，计算机应用或者信息技术相关专业学士及以上；

?至少4年BA经验，有良好的需求引导和流程建模能力，有优秀的团队合作能力；

?流利的英语口语表达及书写能力；

?有设计流程和功能测试案例经验；

?能够书写商业需求说明书和功能设计说明书，能编写用户指南；

?能够独立的胜任Web系统产品发布的工作；

?有独立的项目预估和计划能力，熟悉软件的开发周期；

?有用户培训经验，能够随时出差；

?能够根据优先级管理不同的任务；

?能够熟练的使用MS Visio,Balsamiq,axure,或Dreamweaver 。
