Reuter Communicatio is looking for an Operation Executive to join its growing Shanghai team. Founded 5 yea ago by Chloe Reuter, the agency is a leader in Luxury Communicatio in China and includes clients like Ralph Lauren, Aman Resorts, Sotheby’s, Harrods, Swarovski and Dolce & Gabbana.

We are looking for a bright, proactive and talented Operation Executive with at least 2 yea of agency/in-house experience. Respoibilities

Office Admin

-Awering incoming calls, greeting visito, handling express in-and-out etc.

-Eure the office maintai sufficient levels of equipment and stationery to operate efficiently, dealing with supplie as and when required.

-Eure all compute, serve and IT equipment are in good working order

-Update company contact list regularly

-Manage the documents and contracts properly

-Draw up service contract base on the project

-Support on office renovation if needed

-Manage CEO and Partner’s schedule

-Manage the flights for office

-Respoible on preparation for new joine, make sure every item in on-board list be done

-Support on work permit and residency permit related issue

-Track on employee leave records

-Send out note for different public holidays

-Support on employee exit process

Finance

-Act as Office Cashier, and efficiently manage and control the Petty Cash

-Process cash and bank expee in Quick book

-Liaise with bank and manage monthly expee

-Respoible on issuing the invoices

-Track on accounts receivable and company bank balance

-Collect expee invoices and work closely with wiseland

Requirements:

?Bachelor, major in English or Administration,

?At least 2 yea experience in support function

?Good team-player

?Good in written and oral English

?Great customer service and excellent communication skill, pro-active, “can do” attitude

?Attention to detail, accurate and able to meet deadlines

?Quick learner and self-starter
