职位描述:-提供现场维护和故障处理服务。
-为经销商或客户指定产品提供现场认证及校准。
-定期上门服务,检查仪器并收集客户反馈。
-为经销商或最终用户提供现场产品培训,包括安装、启用和试用。
-与欧洲厂家进行沟通以解决产品质量问题以及研究技术问题。
-作为产品服务后备力量时刻准备提供现场服务。对问题仪器进行上门维护及故障处理。
任职资格:-本科学历,需自动化、测控技术与仪器、电子工程或相关领域。-良好的协调能力,具有团队合作能力。-具有客户服务观念,良好的责任感、紧迫感和自主能力。-愿意在压力下工作并出差。-良好的分析及解决问题的能力,书面/口头沟通技巧。-需有一定的电脑文字能力,熟练使用MS OFFICE。-大学英语六级,英语听说读写良好。-不限经验,应届毕业生可。
Main Respoibilities:
provide field (oite) maintenance and troubleshooting .
provide field verification and calibration for the requested product from dealer or customer.
oite visit and checkup the itrument regularly and collect customer feedback.
provide oite product training for dealer or end user including itallation, launching and commissioning.
communicate with European factories to solve the product quality problem and investigate the technical question.
standby for product service backup such as field and bench service. provide oite maintenance and troubleshooting for problematic itrument.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in process automation, itrumentation, electrical engineering or a related field is required.
Good coordinating ability and good team worker
Possess customer service concept, good see of respoibility, urgency and ownehip
Willing to work under press and willing to travel
Good analytical and problem solving skills and writteverbal communication skills.
Necessary computer literate, experience with ms office.
Above cet-4, good reading ,listening, spoken and written English.
