1. Enhance the financial analysis function to eure effective undetanding of operation and decision making.

2. Eure healthy cash flow and safe guard of company asset, through effective collection of AR and credit management. 通过有效的应收帐款管理和信用管理,保证公司流动资金的充足以确保公司运营和公司资产的安全。
3. Eure effective internal control to mitigate business risk, while enhancing operation efficiency.
通过有效的内部控制,减低公司的经营风险,同时提高运营效率。
Key respoibilities of the Role: 主要职责
Compreheive analysis on business operatio. Analysis including sales, cost and expee, working capital and assets, budget control, etc.
对公司的运营作全面的分析。财务分析包括销售、成本和费用、流动资金和资产管理、预算控制等。
effective control over AR and timely collection
加强应收款的管理和及时回收。
effective support to sales team on timely collection of AR
支持销售团队对应收款的回收。
effective control on credit to support sales growth
加强对信用的管理,以支持销售的增长。
effective internal control on operation activities to mitigate business risks and enhance operation efficiency.
加强内部控制以减低经营风险及提高运营效率。
