Major Duties and Respoibilities:

· Acknowledge the finish day for each order based on material status, capacity and customer request day;

· Establishes priorities for specific customer orde;

· Make daily scheduling 3 days in advance, and eure all the bottleneck process load meet the capacity;

· Daily level the demand and capacity for coming 3~7 days to get a steady schedule and output;

· Push relevant department or peon to eliminate production barrie to achieve a better OTDC;

· Monito production plaforecasts and recommends changes to management.

· Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments

· Bachelor’ degree or above;

· Minimum of 3 yea experience in production planning & inventory control required;

· Strong experience with MES & SAP is preferred;

· Strong capabilities within MS Office, particularly Excel ,PPT ;

· Solid background in lean manufacturing tools and techniques;

· Team spirit and can work under pressure.
