二、岗位信息

招聘人数：1

工作地点：上海市静安区常德路800号

实习待遇：156元/天（税前）

岗位综述：This position is respoible for sales audit report, account booking & reconciliatio. Respoibilities included providing support to RA Supervisor to eure finance operation and closing process is prompt and accurate.

三、工作内容：

1、Respoible for daily sales audit report for branch stores.

2、Respoible for store cashier variance reconciliation and investigation.

3、Work with Treasure Team in revenue bank activity and reconciliation.

4、Support monthly sales letter to landlord

5、Prepare monthly assurenet on cash, card, VAT ,and cash pick up fee

6、Reconcile bank statement monthly

7、Maintain cash pick up profile by store.

8、Invoice issuing.

9、Assist in Annual sales audit report to landlord.

10、Support other team when necessary. e.g. Gift card sale, Tax Audit Filling

任职资格：

1、Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

2、Professional skills on accounting, financial system and Microsoft office.

3、Self-motivated, hard-driven, with earnest desire to learn and grow.

4、Good Chinese and English language skills, both oral and written.

5、come to office at least 4 days/ week

6、Accountant or finance related major preferred and good at excel knowledge

7、0-2 yea above multinational corporate experience in finance / accounting role;

8、Bachelor’s degree or above
