Position: Loan Trade Closing Specialist

Position Description:

The Loan Trade Closing Team delive client service on new issue, par and distressed bank loan trades for loan structures that include large U.S. and European syndicatio, leveraged middle-market, and special opportunity situatio. This entry-level position will provide trade settlement support to a team of loan trade close.

Primary Respoibilities include, but are not limited to:

Follow policies and procedures to support the settlement process of loan syndicatio, secondary loan trades, CLOs, restructures, privates, and trade claims.

Maintain a working knowledge of relevant portfolios and deal-related requirements to eure controls are in place and guidelines are met.

Escalate trade-related issues appropriately and in a timely manner to supervisor.

Maintain daily and weekly trade status reports.

Use effective listening and verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal Cortland teams.

Demotrate ability to prioritize and complete tasks while providing high attention to detail.

Perform heavy data entry using relevant systems.

Experience, Education & Qualificatio:

Work experience with trade settlement, bank loa or similar work in financial services a plus.

Associate or Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or similar concentration is a plus but not required; relevant work experience and trade settlement knowledge will be prioritized.

Knowledge of syndicated bank loa, credit markets and basic accounting a plus.

Experience with financial systems a plus.

Respoive, friendly, professional and proactive communication approach.

Proficiency and accuracy in high volume data entry and use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Deadline-driven and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to quickly learn new concepts and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

首要职责：

1.依照政策和程序，协助完成银团贷款结算，二级贷款交易，贷款抵押债券，资产重组，私有化等贸易过程；

2.拥有相关投资组合知识，明确交易相关知识，确保其准确性并符合指导方针；

3.跟进贸易相关议题并及时和管理层反馈；

4.维持日常和每周交易状态报告；

5.与Cortland内部团队进行有效的书面与口头沟通；

6.高效自我管理和解决问题的同时注重细节处理；

7.使用系统处理繁杂数据。

任职要求:

1.有夜班要求，晚班上班时间为（晚4点到早1点）。

2.本科及以上学历，金融、会计等相关专业，有贸易结算，银行贷款或相关金融服务行业的相关经验加分，若有相关工作经验和银行贷款知识会优先考虑；

3.具有银团贷款、信贷市场及基本会计基础加分；

4.熟练使用金融系统加分；

5.具有较强的工作责任心、专业的职业道德和敬业精神以及良好的沟通能力；

6.熟练使用Excel和Outlook，并能高效、严谨的进行大数据处理分析；

7.具备抗压能力，并能对细节高度关注；

8.具备快速掌握相关行业知识和excel的学习能力。
