-Reports to the Quality Manager;向质量经理汇报

-Perform quality analysis to eure continuous compliance of all products manufactured and shipped with customer and TS16949 requirements;进行品质分析，以确保所有产品的制造和运输均满足客户和TS16949的要求

-Operates measuring room equipment;操作测量室的检测设备

-CMM program for new project /maintain /continuous improvement;三坐标编程及程序的优化和维护

-CMM database collection and prepares for related itructio ;三坐标数据库整理及相关操作指导的编制

-Ipects & measures parts;检查和测量零件

-Analysis test results and immediately feedback non-conformances to production Supervisor / Quality Supervisor;分析测试结果并即刻向生产主管和质量主管反馈缺陷/问题的情况

-Stops production of non-conforming parts, participates to containment / back purge and implementation of corrective actio to avoid any escape of non-conforming parts to the customer;停止缺陷/问题件的生产，主导遏制措施/追溯检查和纠正措施的执行以避免缺陷/问题零件溢出到客户

-Develops and maintai gage calibration and SPC systems, MSA systems;维护检具的校准和SPC（统计过程控制）系统，MSA系统。

-Prepares and evaluates all SPC reports including capabilities;准备和评价所有的SPC报告,包含质量能力等

-Assists in writing procedures and operator itructio;协助编写程序和操作指南

-Recove, evaluate and reports all scrap;统计,评价和报告所有的不合格品信息

-Other duties as assigned. Follow itructio. 依照作业指南完成其他指定的工作

Requirements:岗位要求：

Education background: junior college and above;大专或以上学历

To complete the product of the CMM programming independent;能独立地完成CMM的编程工作

Majoring in mechanical, CNC or relating majo;机械或数控相关专业

Have 2 yea working experience of quality;有两年质量方面工作经验

Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office;良好的计算机技能

Good English communication, both oral and written;良好的英文沟通能力（口语和书面）
