1. Have a directed positive impact our clients' business success,co-generate solutio with co-worke and clients.

2. Design and conduct energetic Workshops, Semina and Trainings, and improve the existing ones.

4. Lead research, analysis, and interpretation across multiple industries and functio, undetand clients and their business.

5. File and summarize the content and result of the Workshops, Semina and Trainings into end-coue reports.
汇总工作坊、研讨会和培训的执行过程和效果并进行文件记录归档。
6. Research and learn new methods and theories, and traform them into visual and interactive tools, road books and coulting materials.
研究和学习新的培训方法和理论,并将其转换成可视化和可互动的工具、道路指南和咨询材料。

1. Native Chinese, fluent in English, speaking and writing (mainly working in English environment).
良好的中英文表达和书写能力(能适应英语工作环境)。
2. More than 5 yea' experience in workshop facilitation (VNV, Strategy, Communication, Leadehip). Preferred experience in trainings/workshops on management level.
至少5年培训活动经验,有管理层培训经验的优先考虑。
3. Master or Bachelor degree (HR, Business, Social Sciences).
本科或硕士以上学历(人力资源、工商管理、社会科学等专业)。
4. Fast learner and focused on cotant improvement.
学习能力强并关注持续改进。
5. Familiar with Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
