1) MISION OF THE POSITION

Guarantee the Information Security (IS) at the Business unit according to Corporate IS policies.

2) MAIN FUNCTIO

1. Collaborate in the development, maintenance and implementation of the IMS (ISO 27001 Certification) according to the HQ policy.

2. Assure the proper function and update the IMS documentation (update procedures, processes,…).

3. Collaborate with the BU departments for the correct implementation of the Information Security requirements defined with the object to guarantee the confidentiality of IDIADA property.

4. Prepare and attend internal, external audits and clients audits.

5. Guarantee that all protection measures implemented in the BU are maintained and followed.

6. Guarantee the logical and physical security.

7. Deal with leakage issues. To do the necessary foreic investigatio to find the source of the leakages.

8. To perform internal training to the staff regarding how to fulfill with the IS requirements.

9. Periodical reporting to HQ regarding ICT and Security issues.

10. To identify logical and security potential risk

11. To define the protection measures to be italled in the BU in collaboration with the ICT and Security Corporate Process Owner at HQ.

3) NECESSARY EDUCATION

1. Engineering degree in IT or 5 yea of experience as Information Security Manager

2. Proof of qualification in Information Management Systems (ISO27001).

3. Knowledge in logical and physical security systems (alarm systems, control access systems, encryption methods, 2FA, etc.)

4. Good level of English written and spoken.

4) NECESSARY EXPERIENCE

1. At least 4 yea of experience in the field of IT and physical security systems.
