职位描述:
Brief Task Description:
1. Conduct interviews for recruitment and review offer proposals;
2. Follow up promotio / internal trafer / dispatch assignments;
3.Coolidate the training needs from functio and SAP HR system, develop and eure the facilitation of training pla by coordinating with APAC training manager;
4. Work in SAP/OM HR systems for organization and employee development, and Performance & Leadehip Management
5. Enhance employee relation by arranging various employee activities, including team building, employee survey, and other activities interested by employees;
6. General Employee information maintenance, including org charts, HR data reports etc.
7. Other ad hoc HR projects and initiatives.
Qualificatio:
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant majo
Skills & Experience:
- At least 3-5 yea HR working experience, preferably in generalist role including Recruitment and Training
- Self-motivated, and taking initiatives; accountable, and detail oriented
- Know-how on interview skills, offer proposal;
- General concept on HR daily operation and management;
- Good MS office skills including Excel, PPT, etc.
