Key activities:

?Working with scientific team to eure the company’s service meet or exceed client’s requirements and expectatio

?Respoible for building and optimizing an overall operation environment to support scientific research and delivery

?Working with China GM and be respoible for generating new business initiatives and building strategic collaboration in China

?Working with department leade to evaluate new service capabilities and business models

?Manage IT, software, project management and BD support teams in China

Requirements:

?Ph.D. in scientific discipline; or a MBA

?Oveea study or working experience required

?Over 10 yea of pharmaceutical industry experience; CRO experience preferred

?Fully undetand each discovery and development function and also integrated drug discovery and development program

?Frequent written and oral English and superb communication skill

?Analytical mind

?Flexible and innovative problem solver
