The Company has recently created a Joint Venture to develop it's network and build the largest in-store shopper advertising network and shopper community in China.
Job Respoibilities
Report to CEO, the Sales Director will lead all the sales activities in China and manage the team under him/her. He or She will be the key peon in building up relatiohips with key brands and agencies, driving sales revenue and delivering high quality solutio to custome. Specific duties and respoibilities include:
Developing a clear and robust list of sales prospects Daily prospecting, networking, cold-calling and in-peon meetings with prospective clients Securing of campaign briefs for upcoming campaig of prospective clients Creating sales proposals for prospective clients Getting signed deals from prospective clients Operating as point of contact for prospective and existing clients to iure communication Continuously develop and grow the sales pipeline and campaign opportunities Generate new sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling Record sales activity in company provided Sales CRM on daily basis Team Management
Requirements
Prior sales experience in a B2B start-up environmentPrior experience in advertising,media environment Experience with sales tracking and reporting software Experience with office software tools (word, excel, power point, etc.) Excellent communicatio skills (verbal and written) Excellent mathematical and numerical skills Good presentation writing and delivery skills
