Job Title: Senior Coultant (Senior Manager)

Position Summary:

A Senior Coultant at Ruder Finn will have a minimum of six yea’ experience in the public relatio industry. In addition to the Coultant’s respoibilities of managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a mentor and coach to the account team, the Senior Coultant will take on additional respoibilities of driving new business development and supporting senior management. Hehe will be expected to manage teams and assign respoibilities to eure client satisfaction and deliver results within a profitable budget.

The Senior Coultant will actively coach and mentor team membe to support their professional development, encouraging initiative and creativity and a high level of performance. The Senior Coultant will be expected to run training sessio for junior membe of the team in addition to providing on-the-job training. Hehe will also be expected to play a role in the recruitment of junior staff membe and represent the firm at external events.

The purpose of this role is to eure that the Senior Coultant becomes more pro-active and self-sufficient in P&L respoibility, new business development, staff training and recruitment.

Requirements:

1.Work experience for a minimum of six yea in a Public Relatio Agency or in the Communicatio Department of a company with solid client servicing and account management experience.

2.Native language fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and strong English writing and speaking skills

3.Solid experience in auto, lifestyle, healthcare or corporate communication field is preferred
